My husband and I just got back from our first trip to Disney World in about 30 years. Needless to say, a lot has changed since we were there before. Kat helped with the whole process, Between her help and some advice from my son and his family who recently returned from a trip to Disney that Kat planned for them, I became quite confident that we could pull this off. And we did. Everything went perfectly. We did everything we wanted and then some. Kat helped us choose the perfect resort, made the reservations for us, got our fast passes lined up, got dinner reservations for us, made up an itinerary for us, and explained Disney transportation and Magic Express to us. She told us how to use the My Disney Experience App. to change things as needed. The trip could not have gone any smoother. (Even the weather co-operated!) Kat's expertise took the stress out of the planning and gave us the confidence that we could go and enjoy our time at Disney World.
